X-treme Cases ~ Return/Cancellation Policies


  • Returns must be made WITHIN 30 DAYS of purchase and should be accompanied by a copy of your packing slip or receipt. To expedite processing, please include a completed copy of our Return Form inside the box.
  • Original tags and packaging must be intact. We cannot accept returns on items if the tags have been removed.
  • We cannot accept returns if the product(s) are damaged or mistreated due to improper packaging. If your item was shipped in a box, please pack it in a box (and not an envelope) for returns. If the item(s) arrive crushed, bent, or have been destroyed in any way we cannot issue proper credit. Please package the items with care to ensure safe delivery back to us.
  • Your returned item must reach us in the original condition in which it was shipped. All product(s) must be free from any wear or tear, stains or odors. If the product(s) have been laundered or used, we cannot accept a return. We recommend that you take extra care when trying on or out an item.
  • We want to give you a FULL credit for the item you are returning, but for quality control purposes, any returned items will be inspected carefully before we issue credits. This policy insures that all customers will receive a clean, unused, perfect item with every order they place.
  • Any item that does not meet the above guidelines will be returned to you at your expense. Please do not send back items that you have had for over 30 days or items you have used or worn.
  • We offer no hassle refunds on the purchase price of any item, as long as the above guidelines are followed. You may also exchange the returned product for other merchandise.
  • We do not charge any restocking fees.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable.

  • As soon as your order is submitted, we begin immediate processing. If you request a cancellation, bear in mind that you may be charged a restocking fee even if the item has not yet shipped. Changing a color or style (instead of canceling) may also result in a restocking fee. This fee will be charged on the original item ordered. Restocking fees are determined by the status of your order at the time of cancellation. If your order has bee through any stages of processing, your request is processed as a return and our standard return policies will apply.
If your order has not been pulled, charged, or processed, we are happy to honor your cancellation requests. If your order has been processed and charged, but is awaiting pickup from our carrier, we can sometimes locate your package before it goes out. In this case, we can issue credit for the merchandise, but you will still be responsible for the shipping and handling fee.
